Bloom Admissions

Currently welcoming students into our learning community for the 2026-2027 school year.

At Bloom, we view admissions as a collaborative process and believe the most important part of determining fit is visiting Bloom. Spending time on campus allows families to experience our environment, rhythms, and approach firsthand. We invite families to connect with us to talk about their child’s strengths, needs, and goals and to explore together whether Bloom feels like the right match. Application Process

Schedule a Visit

Meet with our team, tour the campus, and see our learning in action. Call/text 859-320-7213 or email info@bloomacademyky.org to schedule a visit.

Complete the Application

Submit an application. Applications will be reviewed as soon as they are complete in our office.

Student & Family Meeting

We’ll meet with you and your student to discuss goals, interests, strengths, and needs and how we can support them at Bloom. Once your application is complete, a member of our team will reach out to schedule your meeting and provide you with a secure link to provide relevant documents in advance of our meeting.

Admissions Decision

Families will receive an admission decision within 2-3 weeks of their family meeting.

Submit a Deposit

Once admitted, families will receive a welcome packet with additional information and next steps. Families will need to submit a $250 deposit by June 1, 2026  in order to secure their place in the Fall 2026 class. This deposit will also serve as their Supply Fee for the 2026-27 school year.
