Bloom Admissions
For students who haven’t quite found their place in a traditional school setting, Bloom can feel like a breath of fresh air. Bloom provides an environment that thoughtfully balances academics with social-emotional learning, executive functioning skills, and support for self-regulation. This approach helps students grow academically, contribute positively to their learning community, and develop confidence as learners at Bloom and beyond.
We welcome students with a wide range of strengths, interests, and learning profiles and take a strengths-based, inclusive approach to supporting each child. Our program is designed for students who are able to thrive within our learning environment, staffing model, and educational structure, while benefiting from small class sizes and individualized support.
We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been Our enrollment process is designed to help us understand each student’s individual needs and ensure they will thrive in our environment.
We view admissions as a collaborative process and believe that the most important part of determining fit is visiting Bloom. Spending time on campus allows families to experience our environment, rhythms, and approach firsthand. We invite families to connect with us to talk about their child’s strengths, needs, and goals and to explore together whether Bloom feels like the right match.

Application Process

Fill out our online interest form or call us at 859-320-7213. to learn more about our programs.

Meet with our team, tour the campus, and see our learning in action. Call or email us to schedule.

Submit an application along with any required documents. Applications will be reviewed as soon as they are complete in our office.

We’ll meet with you and your student to discuss goals, interests, strengths, and needs and how we can support them at Bloom. Once your application is complete, a member of our team will reach out to schedule your meeting.

Families will receive an admission decision within 2-3 weeks of their family meeting.

Once admitted, families will receive a welcome packet with additional information and next steps.
Families will need to submit a $250 deposit by June 1, 2026 in order to secure their place in the Fall 2026 class.
This deposit will also serve as their Supply Fee for the 2026-27 school year.
